COVID-19 RESPONSE

In the current world environment with COVID-19, Nimbus looks to navigate the challenges that it brings and continue to provide uninterrupted products and services. Our top priority is the wellbeing of our customers, the patients they treat on a daily basis and our employees. As part of the healthcare community, we realize the importance of our products to you and your patients in their fight against all health related issues. We are tremendously proud to back the nation's truly compassionate and selfless healthcare system in this unprecedented time.

We are following the recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) in an effort to comply with social distancing but still providing the a consistent flow of product and service. At this time, we are not anticipating any significant delays in shipping or interruption in our product availability. We have limited our staff at our Natick, MA office to only staff essential for providing product and services to our customers. We have asked any of our staff who can work from home to do so in an effort to comply with “social distancing”. However, this is a fluid environment and we ask that you try to plan ahead to avoid urgent overnight orders or any larger than normal stocking orders to ensure a consistent flow of products from our distribution centers throughout the US. We do ask for your patience as we work to process your orders as quickly as possible.

Our leadership team continues to monitor and assess the current pandemic. As the crisis evolves, we will continue to adjust our operations with the goal of providing the same quality services.
